01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ace36", "we", "us" or "our" means the operator of the ace36 platform accessible at ace36.io and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.
• "Platform" means the ace36 website, all subdomains, all product verticals (sports betting, live casino, slots, specialty games) and all related services made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you" or "your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award, deposit match or other promotional incentive credited to your Account by ace36.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any additional rules, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference herein.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform or participation in online betting and casino activities is prohibited by applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ace36 registration process, clicking "I agree", accessing any product on the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ace36 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact ace36 support to arrange account closure and the return of any eligible real-money balance.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or arrangements between you and ace36 relating to your use of the Platform.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ace36, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for using ace36 is 21 years old without exception. Players who are under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity or organisation.
3. You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
4. You have not previously had an Account on ace36 that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director or agent of ace36 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, with respect to any product to which that person has material non-public information.
6. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ace36 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account restriction or closure. Any winnings generated during a period in which an eligibility requirement was not satisfied may be voided by ace36.

04 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances, including real-money funds, at ace36's discretion.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. You must notify ace36 promptly of any changes to your registered information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

As part of our identity verification procedures, ace36 may request that you provide one or more of the following documents before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your name).

ace36 may place a temporary withdrawal hold on your Account pending completion of identity verification. This hold does not affect your ability to continue placing bets during the verification period unless ace36 determines that a broader restriction is required.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ace36 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

You must notify ace36 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ace36 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address any reported security incident, but cannot guarantee that losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification will be recovered.

ace36 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, phone or chat. Any communication purporting to be from ace36 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. ace36 is entitled to assume that all activity on your Account is authorised by you unless and until you report unauthorised access to us in writing.

06 Responsible Gaming

ace36 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We offer the following player protection tools, which are accessible directly from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting and gaming access is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session durations and receive reality check notifications at regular intervals to help you stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation.

ace36 reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any Account where we identify patterns of play that suggest gambling harm, even in the absence of a player-initiated request. For adults aged 21 and above only. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances and transactions on the ace36 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ace36 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard BDT transactions processed via supported local payment methods.

Supported payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. ace36 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, or a payment method verified as registered in your name.
• ace36 targets a withdrawal processing time of three minutes for standard requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where identity verification is pending.
• ace36 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

ace36 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction charges, for which ace36 accepts no responsibility.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

ace36 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback awards or other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each player may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement and any game weighting restrictions are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• ace36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Where a Player uses multiple Accounts or acts in concert with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers, ace36 may void all associated bonuses, confiscate related winnings and close the implicated Accounts.
• Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance made by ace36 are final.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ace36 are subject to these Terms and to the product-specific rules applicable to each betting market or game. Product rules are accessible within each game or market interface on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted subject to ace36's right to set maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any market or game at any time without prior notice.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out feature for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical error, systems failure or manifest pricing error resulting in an incorrect price being offered, ace36 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player Accounts.
• For live sports betting markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, ace36 may suspend a market at any time for operational or risk management reasons. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• For casino and specialty game products, all outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. ace36 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• The settlement of bets is conducted in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB, FIFA, etc.) unless ace36's product-specific rules provide otherwise.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace36 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or in communications with ace36;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or any other form of market manipulation;
• Systematically exploiting errors, glitches or manifest pricing mistakes in any ace36 product;
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, adapt or otherwise misappropriate any element of the Platform's software, content or proprietary systems;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ace36 staff, agents or other players in any communication channel.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

ace36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, freeze or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• ace36 is required to do so for regulatory, legal or compliance reasons;
• Fraudulent activity is suspected in connection with the Account;
• Identity verification requirements have not been satisfied within the required period;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed otherwise than for breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, less any applicable deductions. Bonus balances and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play that has not satisfied wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ace36 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace36 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content and data compilations, is the property of ace36 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform.

Game titles and associated assets are the property of their respective providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe, and are used on the Platform under licence.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace36 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, maintenance downtime or telecommunications interruptions;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms limits ace36's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ace36's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy

ace36 collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with the ace36 Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ace36 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, conduct identity verification and comply with legal obligations.

15 Amendments to Terms

ace36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, ace36 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the amendment taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace36 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ace36's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution designated by ace36.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
